Returning items to Zodee is hassle-free and takes a few simple steps. To be as environmentally friendly as possible, please reuse the white Zodee box/satchel your items were delivered to you in. Pack return items back into box and reseal for safety.

1. ADHERE YOUR RETURNS LABEL

You should have received a Zodee returns label with your order. Please adhere the returns label to your Zodee parcel, ensuring the existing delivery label is not visible. If you have misplaced this label, please send back to:

Please note there is an $10 fee for using this Reply Paid service, deducted from your refund.

2. LODGE YOUR RETURN

Simply enter in your order number and postcode in the fields below. This information is all we need to bring up the details of your order for returning. Your order number is in the subject line of your order confirmation and despatch emails.

3. SELECT ITEMS TO RETURN

Your order details will display on the following page. Please tick which items you wish to return to Zodee and click 'Continue'.

4. POST YOUR RETURN

Your return can be dropped into any postbox or at any post office. There is no tracking available on your return and you are responsible for the item arriving. We recommend that your parcel is sent by Registered Post from your local post office. Instances of missing parcels are rare, but it does happen.

Orders under $60 will have $8 deducted from any refund where you have chosen to use the provided Reply Paid sticker, except where a store credit is chosen. Returned sale items where the discount is 50% off or more will only be refunded via a store credit or gift voucher. See the full returns policy for further information
